My fear about this simply outstanding show is that it will only attract fervent pot-heads - which would be a shame, as this is solo theatre at its best. A hilarious tale of a pro-pot lawyer who decides to "overgrow the government," writer/performer Russell Bennett (himself an actual lawyer) seamlessly portrays more than a dozen characters in this high-energy romp, while at the same time dispensing some fascinating historical and contemporary information about Canada's cannabis laws. A must-see for fans of personal freedom, compelling theatre or the simple act of gettin' high.
